Tahoe’s Northshore has California side and a Nevada side, the California side considered “the North Shore” extends 12 miles from Tahoe City to Stateline and has four major communities:
Surrounding these communities are various subdivisions and seventeen condominium projects. Two subdivisions offer their own homeowner association amenities: Dollar Point and Agate Bay.
The north shore of Lake Tahoe has a year-round population of 10,000 and a peek summer day population of 55,000. Compared to the South Shore, it is considered the more rural, less populated area of the lake. It has that southern sun exposure so dearly enjoyed by the residents. Beautiful beaches, choice ski areas, 2 golf courses, renown restaurants and mountain activities.
